Hello all! My name is Gabby. I’m a food loving, animal loving, human based in Central Florida. I first went vegan in April of 2013, when I learned about all of the terrible factor farming methods and how unnecessary animal products are. Since then I’ve had a few mishaps and ups and downs, and don’t truly resonate with the term vegan, but prefer “cruelty free”. I’ll have an egg or two if it’s from a chicken of a friend or a friend of a friend who treats their chickens good. I’ll drink some goat milk from a goat of a friend who’s being treated good, It’s all about intention. I’m currently on a journey of teaching myself ways around the kitchen, and I hope through my journey I can teach you a thing or two ,too.
