About 1 carrot
1 tsp ginger
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp or one small clove garlic
1 cucumber, 1 tomato, 5 baby carrots or 1 normal carrot and a piece of ginger
Dice your tomatoes into desired size
I julienned the carrots, which is basically just cutting them into skinny strips. You may try this also or cut into simple circles
Cut your cucumber into thin slices
Chop ginger, or you may use ginger powder instead and skip this step.
Chop 1 clove of garlic, or skip this step and use garlic powder.
Assemble dressing ingredients into a small bowl, 1 tbsp maple syrup, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar and your chopped garlic and ginger
Put all your veggies in bowl, and pour over dressing.
Or assemble to look fancy with a cookie cutter and some layers
